Shipping costs
For orders with a value of CHF 50.- or more, shipping within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free of charge. For orders under CHF 50.- we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.-.

Delivery
All deliveries are made by Swiss Post.

Delivery time
We try to process all orders as quickly as possible - immediately available items are usually delivered within 1 - 2 working days. Orders received before 14:00 on working days should be shipped the same day. Items from external warehouse we deliver within 7 - 14 days. If you have ordered products with different delivery times, for ecological reasons we will ship the whole order only when we have all products - that is within 7 - 14 days.
