Orders & Shipping

Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If you do not find a confirmation there either, please contact ourcustomer service

Orders are transmitted to our logistics as soon as we receive them. Stopping the order process is therefore not possible.

Within Switzerland/Liechtenstein the delivery is made with our shipping partner Swiss Post.

For orders with a value of CHF 50.00 or more, shipping within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free of charge.
For orders under CHF 50.00, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.00.

Return shipment:
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Immediately available items are usually delivered within 1 - 2 business days. Items that are in an external warehouse, we deliver within 10 - 14 days. If you have ordered products with different delivery times, for ecological reasons we will ship the whole order only when we have all products - that is within 10 - 14 days.

Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of the order date. Simply follow the steps on the return form provided.

Once you have completed the return form, you can seal the package with the
items and the form and send it with sufficient postage to the following

If the form is missing, you can download it here so that you can fill it out and enclose it with the return.

If you want to exchange an item, we ask you to make a return and then place a new order for the desired item. This allows us to process your order more quickly.

Yes, provided the items are new, unworn, unwashed and with label(s) and the original packaging.

If an item is defective, please send it back. We will check the case and refund the defective item accordingly. Select the return reason "F / defective" on the return form.

After you post the package at the post office, you can send us a picture of the postage receipt. We will credit it to your account.

The refund will be made according to our terms and conditions within 10 days after we have received the goods and will be processed through the same payment method that you used for the order.
