The return policy applies to paani.ch - a division of PPS Sportsgoods AG.

Returns within 30 days
Returnable items can be sent back to PAANI within 30 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including labels and original packaging, as well as the return slip. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

PAANI will bear the postage costs
PAANI will bear the postage costs for the return shipment in the following cases:
- Receipt of a product other than the one ordered.
- Incorrect product details in the online store.
- Receipt of a product not ordered. Receipt of a product not ordered.

In such cases, please contact us in advance.

Excluded products
The right of return does not apply to the following products:
- Underwear.
- Items with the note "this item cannot be returned".

If the above products are defective, incomplete or in poor condition, they can also be returned. In this case, PAANI will endeavor to find an equivalent replacement. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded.

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 10 working days after we have received the goods back and will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order.
