CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM RAFFLES (PAANI.CH)

It is clear for each competition what is being raffled.

The duration of the competitions is clearly defined and is indicated in each case.

Participation takes place via a Like of the corresponding Facebook and/or Instagram post, a comment on the post and/or via tagging a friend. Instructions are provided in the post. Multiple comments will be counted as one entry.

Anyone residing in Switzerland is eligible to enter.

Winners will be selected at random after the end of the competition and notified personally.

Winners will be notified personally via the Facebook and Instagram direct message function.

Each winner must contact "paani.ch" Facebook or Instagram within three working days with a short confirmation via direct message. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.

All Facebook and Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and stored to determine the prize.

The comments on Facebook and Instagram remain and are publicly viewable.

The participants are entitled to statutory rights of access, modification and revocation.

No data will be disclosed to third parties.

Comments that violate the Facebook guidelines, Swiss law and / or copyright will be removed immediately after knowledge without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.

The competitions are neither sponsored and/or supported by Facebook nor by Instagram.
