Conditions of participation for the form «WIN A TRIP FOR YOU AND A FRIEND»
General Conditions
Organizer: This competition is organized by PPS Sportsgoods AG, owner of PAANI.CH, Hinterbergstrasse 24, 6312 Steinhausen, Switzerland – in cooperation with Kuoni Sports Travel – Ochsner Sports Travel.
Prizes:
1st prize: Travel voucher worth CHF 4000.-, valid for two people, for a trip of their choice with Kuoni Sports Travel - Ochsner Sports Travel
2nd prize: PAANI.CH voucher worth CHF 250.-
3rd prize: PAANI.CH voucher worth CHF 150.-
Participation deadline: 02.06.2024
The Winners will be determined by random draw and notified via email.
Eligibility to participate
To enter the competition, participants must completely and truthfully fill out the form and submit it by the entry deadline. Multiple entries are not accepted. Winners are randomly selected from all valid entries.
Eligible participants include all adults residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Employees of PPS Sportsgoods AG, their partnering companies, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are excluded from participation. This rule ensures transparency and fairness in the competition process.
PPS Sportsgoods AG reserves the right to disqualify participants, withdraw prizes, or demand the return of any communicated prizes if there is suspicion of manipulation, abuse, and/or violations of these terms, or if other significant reasons exist. This includes excluding participants using pseudonyms or suspected false identities.
Participation in the raffle is independent of product ordering or purchase.
Implementation and handling of the prize draw
The conditions of the draw are solely the responsibility of PPS Sportsgoods AG.
The electronically recorded entry time serves as proof of compliance with the submission deadline.
Winners will be notified by the competition operator or its cooperation partner.
PPS Sportsgoods AG is authorized to transmit all data of the winners to the cooperation partners to ensure prize delivery.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize claims are not transferable to another person.
Prizes will be forfeited if the winner does not respond within two weeks of receiving the notification.
Data protection
By participating, the contestant automatically registers for the competition, thereby disclosing the necessary data. By registering, contestants agree that PPS Sportsgoods AG may store all data for the duration of the competition and beyond. PPS Sportsgoods AG commits to complying with data protection regulations for the registered participant data, which will be treated confidentially.
The collected data may be used by PPS Sportsgoods AG and its cooperating partners for market research, marketing, and advertising purposes.
By participating, contestants expressly consent to receive promotional messages from PPS Sportsgoods AG or PAANI.CH or their cooperating partners indefinitely. However, participants may stop receiving promotional messages at any time by notifying the respective companies.
Social media
Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc., have no economic or legal connection to the competition, even if the competition is promoted and communicated through these platforms and certain activities related to the competition occur on these platforms. The organizer of the competition is solely PPS Sportsgoods AG.
Miscellaneous
By participating in the competition, contestants agree to these terms and conditions.
Legal recourse is excluded.
No correspondence will be conducted about the competition except with the winner or winners.
Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
The travel voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue and can be redeemed for trips conducted by Kuoni Sports Travel – Ochsner Sports Travel. It is only valid for direct bookings through Kuoni Sports Travel – Ochsner Sports Travel. The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Cash payout or payout of remaining credit is not possible.
All costs, taxes, and fees associated with winning a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law exclusively.
PPS Sportsgoods AG is entitled to make adjustments to the competition at any time, especially in cases of force majeure, closure/shutdown of websites/applications, manipulations or abuse by third parties/participants, technical failures, or other significant reasons. This includes the suspension, cancellation, or premature termination of the competition or shortening of the period and entry deadline.
The terms and conditions can be changed by the competition operator at any time without special notification.
